Baghya is such a small community that it doesn't seem to be worth mentioning. In Phulgayn this place doesn't even have a proper name. However, Baghya has a remarkable shape, as you can see in the picture - its foundation consists of an old stronghold from the Kelthys-Burkh War, originally used as a kind of atomic bunker.
